때로는 해괴한 영화 한 편이 세상에 존재하는지도 몰랐던 자료를 세상에 드러내는 일도 있다. 아내를 잃은 지 이틀 뒤인 1974년 8월 17일, 딸 박근혜에게 보낸 박정희의 편지는 “아버지가 맞을 흉탄을 어머니가 대신 맞고 가셨다” “내가 맞고 어머니가 살았드라면 얼마나 좋았을까 하고 몇 번이나 생각해 본다”고 적었다.

사실 이것은 기존에 알려진 당시 박정희의 일화와 어긋나지 않는다. 평소 군인 출신답게 무뚝뚝한 줄로만 많은 사람이 알고 있던 박정희는 어린 시절부터 많은 시(詩)를 썼다. 16세 때 쓴 동요가 2003년에 발견되기도 했다.(박정희 前대통령 16세 때 쓴 동요 발견 https://www.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2003/10/28/2003102870268.html) 박정희는 구상 같은 시인과도 절친한 사이였다. 서거 41일째 되는 날인 9월 24일에는 아내의 묘소를 방문하며 ‘당신이 그리우면’이란 시를 썼다.

박정희는 청와대에 있던 육영수 여사의 방을 생전 모습 그대로 남겨두게 했다. 화장대 위 화장품과 물건들을 치우지 말라고 했고, 홀로 남은 밤이면 그 방에 들어가 체취를 느끼며 시간을 보냈다고 한다. TV를 보다가 아내가 좋아했던 가수의 노래나 슬픈 사연이 나오기라도 하면, 혼자서 굵은 눈물을 뚝뚝 떨어뜨리는 모습이 측근들에게 자주 목격됐다.

1975년 5월 21일, 청와대에서 대통령 박정희와 신민당 총재 김영삼의 영수회담이 열렸다. 김영삼이 육 여사에 대한 조의를 표하는 것으로 말문을 열었다. 그때 창밖에서 새 한 마리가 문득 날아갔다. 그러자 박정희가 이렇게 말했다는 것이다.

“김 총재, 내 신세가 저 새 같습니다.”

그렇게 말하곤 앞주머니에서 손수건을 꺼내 눈물을 닦았다는 것이다. 그걸 본 YS는 ‘인간적으로 안 됐다’는 생각이 들었다고 한다. 그날 회담에서 박정희는 이런 말을 했다고 한다.

“나 욕심 없습니다. 집사람은 공산당에 총 맞아 죽고, 이런 절간 같은 데서 죽기살기로 오래 할 생각 없습니다.” 이 에피소드는 YS가 남긴 기록이다.

박정희는 사적인 자리에서 막걸리를 마시며 슬픈 노래를 부르는 일이 잦아졌다. 특히 ‘황성옛터’나 ‘짝사랑’ 같은 슬픈 가사의 노래를 부르는 일이 많았다. 노래를 부르다 감정을 주체하지 못하고 고개를 돌려 남몰래 눈물을 훔치는 모습이 자주 목격됐다.

―황성 옛터에 밤이 드니 월색만 고요해….

―아아~ 으악새 슬피 우니 가을인가요….

선우련 공보비서관의 비망록은 이런 얘기도 전한다. <대통령은 청와대 식당 한쪽 벽에 커다란 영부인 초상화를 걸어 두고, 그곳에서 혼자서 식사를 할 때도 자주 있었다. 식사를 하면서 초상화 속의 영부인과 대화를 하는 것 같았다.>

박정희는 공식 행사 외에 참모들을 대동하지 않고 불쑥 육 여사 묘역을 찾곤 했다. 비석을 정성스레 손으로 닦아내고, 막걸리나 소주를 직접 따라주며 오랫동안 묵묵히 앉아 있다 돌아오는 일상이 남은 생애 내내 이어졌다고 한다.

그런데 만약 1974년 8월 15일의 그 총격이 자작극이었다면, 이 모든 것은 주변을 속이기 위한 고도의 사이코패스적 연기였다는 말이 될 것이다. 최소한 인간으로서 할 말이 있고 그렇지 않은 말이 있다는 생각은 들지 않는가?

끝으로 1974년 9월 4일 박정희가 쓴 시 ‘잊어버리려고 다짐했건만’ 전문(全文)을 싣겠다. 다른 시도 있지만 차마 더 이상 옮기지 못하겠다.

미국의 경제적 실권은 유태계들이 쥐고 있으며, 더구나 그들이 내는 돈이 없으면 선거를 치르는 것이 거의 불가능할 정도입니다.

그리고 10% 여의 인구를 가진 흑인들은 유태계만큼 강력한 세력입니다.

 

싱가포르 리관유가 타임지에서 주장하였듯이, 민주주의, 특히 미국 민주주의는 나라가 망하는 주의입니다. 이는 내가 누차 미국과 우방국들에게 주장한 바입니다.

워싱턴 장군의 측근들 다수도 민주주의는 나라를 망하게 만든다고 주장했고, 이는 맞는 이야기입니다.

그래서 예를 들어 미국 비군사분야 연구개발 인력의 90% 이상이 대만계와 인도계입니다.

다만 연구업적, 특히 큰 업적의 경우, 대만계 상관은 끼어들거나 심지어 빼앗습니다. 그래서 대만계 연구원들이 하느님께 간구하는 것이 상관으로서 백인 특히 앵글로색슨이 부임하는 것이며 대만계가 부임하면 통곡을 하는 식입니다.

그 것이 앵글로색슨 등의 백인들의 힘이며, 그로써 해가 지는 때가 없는 국가를 운영하여 왔습니다.

그래서 나는 미국은 민주주의로 망하는 나라라고 오랫동안 이야기하여 왔습니다.

 

그러한 상황에서 10년 전 나는 트럼프가 미국을 구할 수도 있지 않을까 생각하고 그의 제1참모 역할을 하여 왔습니다.

 

미국정치가들, 특히 민주당 사람들은 무조건 이스라엘을 옹호하며, 그래서 중동에서는 미국을 원수로 생각합니다.

 

그 결과 발생한 사건이 9.11 테러사건입니다.

당시 미국 내 중동인들은 눈물을 흘렸습니다.

그 주동자들을 위해 눈물을 흘렸습니다.

자기들은 감히 할 수 없는 일을 생명을 마쳐 수행한 그들에게 고개를 숙여 명복을 빌었습니다.

미국에 대하여 감정이 상당히 좋지 않은 대한민국 여론 상 트럼프 대통령의 이란협상에 대하여 이란 편을 들면서 트럼프 대통령을 야지하고 모욕하는 것이 대한민국 내에서 일종의 취미생활이 된 듯합니다.

 

그러나 트럼프 대통령의 제1참모로서 나는 트럼프 대통령이 지향하는 평화적, 타협적 노선이 미국으로서는 최선의, 그리고 유일한 방도라고 믿습니다.

 

‘아랍의 한’은 깊고 깊기 때문이며, 미국은 그 동안 많은 죄를 지었기 때문입니다.

 

트럼프 대통령 제1참모로서의 나의 판단은, 앞으로 미국에게 가장 두려운 것은 다음의 9.11 식 테러가 미국 내, 특히 워싱턴 수도권에 몰래 반입한 핵무기로써 감행되는 것입니다.

The news regarding the USA-Iran peace agreement Is distorted very clearly toward an extreme anti-USA.

As an example, the Yeonhap News has kept posting the news articles ridiculing USA and President Trump, and it seems that it also fabricates the readers’ responses as same responses have been posted below different news pieces in which President Trump is portrait as more contemptuous than a dog lying all the time and barking falsely.

I do not know what S. Korea is up to, yet as a cabinet-level advisor for President Trump and as a USA citizen (I am the citizens of S. Korea and USA simultaneously, as the dual citizenship is allowed to a native of age 65 or older), I am quite concerned.

As I wrote earlier today, S. Korea anti-USA campaign is in a full gear because pro-USA party, namely the conservative party ‘GookMinUiHeem’ Party (The People’s Power Party) is in a jeopardy, losing the people’s support.

S. Korea is in a serious ailment caused by the political corruption, which is worst in its thousands of years’ history, and is more corrupted than the nation-wrecking corruption of the Old Vietnam that caused the first defeat of USA in the Vietnam War since its independence 200 years ago, and the emergence of the so-called Hippy Culture that was caused by the feeling of the total moral despair felt by the young people in USA at the time.

The economic boost owing to ‘The Han Ricer’s Miracle’ that was engineered by the dictator Park Jung-Hee has made the corruption of S. Korea worst in the human history, and the conservative party became its victim as the First Lady then took bribes left and right, and then her husband, namely President Yoon, tried to ignite a war between N. Korea and S. Korea in order to hide and bury the First Lady’s corruption,

Then President Yoon was impeached and imprisoned and has been sentenced 30+ years of prison term on the charge of the treason.

Since then, the liberal party has got almost 2/3 of the assembly seats, and anti-USA tone has been escalating in a very rapid pace.

 

So, S. Korea resembles China in which the conservative party was so damn corrupted and pushed out of the mainland to a small island called Taiwan.

That is, the S. Korea conservative party is now trapped in a political ‘Taiwan Island’, holding only 1/3 of the assembly seat, and then also was defeated in the presidential election held one year ago after President Yoon had been impeached and imprisoned.

 

So, S. Korea looks like China now, with the conservative party pushed out to ‘a tiny political island’.

That worries me a lot as a cabinet-level advisor for President Trump and as a USA citizen.

 

To make the situation worse, the Biden’s Administration pushed N. Korea to the edge very hard for the reason that N. Korea is not a USA-style democratic country, even though its leader Kim Jung-Eun was very pro-USA as a person who was educated in Europe over the entire formative age as I explained before. Being pushed to the corner, he had to restore the cozy relationship with Russia, and the balance of the world power was tilted substantially toward Russia as seen in the Russia -Ukraine War. ///

Americans, that is the Whites, feel very puzzled when they mingle with Korean Americans because the main topic is invariably ‘the personal connection’.

But then, China was slow in modernization and became weak in front of the Western power while Japan became strong with the brisk modernization for the purpose of competing with the western force, and the destructive genetic characteristics made the high-ranking Korean politicians and bureaucrats compete fiercely in appeasing to the mighty Japan, and Korea became colonized by Japan in the process.

근대에 들어서서 서양인들이 막강한 함대를 이끌고 오자 중국은 무너지기 시작하였고 반면 일본제국이 그러한 세계정세에 약삭빠르게 적응하여 무력에서 서양을 따라잡게 되자 조선의 정치가들과 관료들 중에는 일본제국에 아부하고 아첨하는 자들이 나왔고 결국 일본 식민지가 되었습니다.

Korea, the genetic internal fighting, which was officially frowned upon in the old days even under the quasi-colonial rule of China and the official colonial rule of Japan, has become the most righteous act as it has been disguised as the democratic politicking wholly blessed by the ever simplistic Americans who think that all the human species are like them, that is, each standing alone, thinking alone, and making decision alone like the lions, with the trait further enhanced by the teaching of Jesus who declared that ““If you treat a stranger and your own sibling differently even a bit, you would go to the hell.”

남한의 경우, 상술한 바와 같은 극한적 내분은 조선왕조 시에나 일본식민지 시절에서나 아주 나쁜 짓거리들로 여겨졌지만 광복 후에는 그러한 유전적 내분에 대하여 극도로 단순한 미국인들은 민주정치를 하는 것이라고 여겼는바, 미국(백인)들은 천성적으로 각기 홀로 서고 홀로 생각하고 홀로 결정하는 즉 사자들과 같은 사람들인 데다가 2천년 간 예수의 가르침 즉 “만약 네가 생판 모르는 사람과 너의 동기간 사이에 조금이라도 차별하여 대한다면 너는 지옥에 갈 것이다!”라는 계명으로써 2천년 간 더욱 그러한 사회를 구축하였는 바, 그들은 세상사람들이 모두 자기들처럼 생각하고 행동한다는 착각에 빠져 있기 때문입니다.    

 

S. Korea became rich solely due to the Korean Genghis Khan, namely, Park Jung-Hee, who was the officially-recognized mentor of Deng Xiaoping (Chairman Hu and Chairman Xi expressed the highest gratitude to his daughter Park Geun-Hye when she visited China as a congresswoman and then as the President of S. Korea). Under Deng’s rule all the Chinese people looked up S. Korea liked the sun for guiding China to the prosperity, all the government propaganda machines declaring that day and night.)

남한은 코리아의 칭기스칸 박정희로 인하여 부자나라가 되었는 바, 그는 등소평의 공식적 멘토였습니다 (이에 대하여 후진타오 주석과 시진핑 주석은 박정희의 딸 박근혜가 의원 자격으로 혹은 대통령 자격으로 중국에 왔을 때 최고의 감사를 표하였습니다). 등소평의 통치 내내 남한은 중국에게 태양과 같은 존재였으며 중국은 모든 정부 선전매체들을 동원하여 그 점을 인민들에게 주지시켰습니다. 

 

Yet President Carter saw Park as the ultimate evil, and declared that the dictatorship of Park Jung-Hee was not acceptable and that USA would withdraw the US military from S. Korea.

반면 미국의 카터 대통령은 박정희를 오직 독재라로만 여겼으며 미군철수를 선언하였습니다. 

And that declaration created the political upheaval in S. Korea causing eventually the assassination of Park Jung-Hee, who in dying left the final words meaning that he felt okay as he had accomplished his objective, namely ‘The Han River’s Miracle’.

그로 인한 정치적 파고로 인하여 박정희 대통령은 암살 당하였으며, 그의 최후의 한 마디는 “나는 괜찮아…”였는 바 ‘한강의 기적’의 토대를 만들어 놓았으니 죽어도 여한이 없다는 심정을 토로한 것이었습니다.

Then in S. Korea, the genetic internal fighting came back in the full force as the most glorious act of democracy.

그가 간 후 남한에서는 상술한 유전적 내분이 다시 극에 달하였으며 이를 민주주의라고 둘러대었습니다.

But as I narrated in the writings ‘‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’, and Part II thereof, S. Korea has never been a democratic country.

그러나 본인이 ‘트럼프 대통령과 교황 사이의 언쟁’ I과 II에서 기술하였듯이 대한민국에서는 민주주의가 작동한 적이 전혀 없습니다.

The gene makes it utterly impossible as we Koreans form zillions of wolf-like packs and fight like the hell.

유전적으로 수많은 그룹들을 만들어 죽기 살기로 항쟁하므로 진정한 민주주의가 전혀 가능하지 않습니다.

 In USA almost no one knows the name of the official head of the political party as the politicians deal with the people directly for becoming the candidates and then the representatives.

미국의 경우 당대표 이름을 아는 사람들은 거의 없는 바, 이는 정치가들이 국민들에 의하여 직접 후보로 선정된 후 선출되기 때문입니다.

Not In S. Korea.

한국에서는 전혀 다릅니다.

More often than not, the most vicious politicians become the official or de facto heads of the parties, and handpick the candidates for all the elections namely the general and provincial elections.

대부분의 경우 가장 맹렬한 정치가가 당의 공식적 혹은 실질적 대표가 되어 선거에서 후보들을 선정하는 데 거의 절대적 역할을 하는 것이 상례입니다.

Since the people in the west part of S. Korea vote for one party and those in the east vote for the other party with the unanimity of 90% or 80%, being designated by the party boss is de facto same as being elected.

더욱이 서쪽 사람들은 한 정당의 후보들에게 80% 심지어 90%의 표를 몰아주고, 동쪽 사람들은 다른 당에게 그런 식으로 표를 몰아주기 때문에 양편에서 당대표의 입김으로 후보가 된 사람들은 거의 자동으로 선출됩니다.

And so, the politicians do all kinds of things and the corruptions became worst in the few thousands of years of Korean history since the American style democracy was adopted after WWII.

그러므로 그에 연계되어 부정부패가 있게 되며 실제로 2차대전 후 민주주의를 한답시고 한민족 역사 상 가장 부정부패가 만연하게 되었습니다.

It is utterly hopeless.

가망이 없는 상황입니다.

 

So, I have this dream of changing the basic behavior of we Koreans by offering each of the Koreans, or at least those who want, free wedding ceremony, free funeral, and free memorial service coupled with creating an internet in which all the Koreans would be featured for the generations to come, with the ultimate goal of making the nation one extended family.

In return I am asking each family to chorus a prayer together at the dinner table: “We will consider all and each of the Koreans as a family member and would refrain from hurting their feeling.”

그러므로 나는 그러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 국민들이 모두 ‘한 가족’이 되어야 하며, 그를 위하여 나는 한식세계화로 큰 돈을 벌게 되면 국민 각자 혹은 원하는 사람들에게 결혼식, 장례식, 추모식을 공짜로 치루어 주고 또한 돌아가신 분들의 족적을 모두 인터넷에 올려 국가적으로 ‘한 가족 족보’를 만들고자 하며, 본인이 사람들에게 원하는 한 가지인 바, 즉, 저녁밥상에서 가족들이 함께 “우리는 모든 국민들을 형제처럼 대하고 그들의 마음에 상처를 주는 언행을 하지 않겠습니다!”라고 낭송하는 것입니다.   

My dream of making the Korean one family was first published in the fall of 1974, when I was a graduate student at U.C. Berkely, on Chosun Daily with the largest circulation in S. Korea, and also on 1975 January 1^st New Year’s edition of Chosun Daily; and upon reading those writings, President Park Jung-Hee and his daughter Park Geun-Hye were quite impressed and moved and they became my fan.

The politicians and the news media knew about our relationship, but the general public did not know about it as she became the president of S. Korea in early 2013, and the news if known to the public would be a big splash and even a shock, that would make it difficult for her to carry out her responsibility as the president.

정치가들과 언론에서는 우리의 관계를 알고 있었지만 일반 국민들은 모르고 있었는 바, 이는 큰영애님이 2013년 초에 대통령이 되었고 우리 관계를 국민들에게 알리는 경우 그로 인한 충격과 요동으로 인하여 대통령 직을 수행하는 것이 어려울 것이기 때문이었습니다.  

I informed our relationship privately to the President-Elect Trump, who then called President Park before he called heads of other countries as a token gesture for expressing the friendship between him and me as I became his advisor as soon as he had declared the presidential candidacy. Many people belittle his political intention and dream, but I determined to help him because he is the only hope for USA that has been struggling over many recent years while USA is the greatest civilization in the human history, being the most just, fair, and righteous nation as intended by the founding fathers who crossed the Atlantic ocean holding the Bible in their hands in a hope that they would establish the most just, fair, and righteous nation on the new land of America, as I narrated in the precious letters titled ‘‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’, and Part II thereof.

나와 박근혜 대통령이 장래를 약속한 사이임을 나는 트럼프 대통령 후보에게 이야기하였고, 그는 당선 후 다른 국가들의 수반들을 젖히고 가장 먼저 박근혜 대통령과 당선인사 통화를 하였으며 한국에 좋은 친구가 있다고 이야기하였습니다. 많은 사람들은 그의 정치계 입문에 대하여 얕보는 시각을 가지고 있었으나 나는 그가 미국을 위대한 국가로 복원시킬 유일한 인물이라고 판단하였고 그의 제1참모가 되었습니다.

But our hope that we marry upon her retirement from the presidential job was dashed when the political foes cooked up all kinds of charges on the causes that are less than 0.0001 of what other politicians and presidents had been doing all along according to the opinion of the renowned journalist Cho Gab-Je and that of the majority of S. Korean people, and President Park was impeached and imprisoned with 23-year jail term, dashing our dream for marriage.

그러나 큰영애님 대통령 임기가 끝나면 결혼식을 올리기로 했던 우리 둘의 계획은 탄핵으로 말미암아 물거품이 되었는 바, 조갑제 언론인과 국민 대다수가 믿는 바와 같이 정치가들은 그들이 하는 짓의 만분지 일도 안 되는 사안들을 부풀려 큰영애님을 탄핵을 하고 23년 형으로 수감하도록 작당하였습니다.

She is very frugal and most righteous and dignified politician, and has never taken even a penny from any person illegally in her entire life. But being so righteous makes other politicians feel uneasy in the profoundly corrupted S. Korea political arena, and so they had to bury her politically. 

큰영애님은 검소하고 정의로우며 품격이 높은 정치인이며, 평생 일푼도 누구에게서도 불법적으로 받은 적이 없습니다. 그러한 정의로움은 극도로 부패한 정치계에서 많은 정치인들에게 불편함을 느끼도록 만들었으며, 그들은 큰영애님을 정치적으로 매장하였습니다. 

I became gravely ill and, as the national health insurance record shows, I was going to die.

나는 위중한 병에 걸렸는 바 당시 국민건강보험 기록이 보여주듯이 죽을 것이 확실하였습니다.

So, I seek help from an old female acquaintance ‘Rose’ and I survived with her nursing care.

그래서 나는 예전에 알고 있던 ‘로즈’에게 연락하여 간호를 당부하였고 생명을 건졌습니다. 

‘Rose’ suggested that we register as a married couple and I obliged.        

 ‘로즈’는 결혼신고를 하자고 나에게 제안하였고 나는 응락하였습니다.      

Then I kept pushing my plan for globalizing Korean foods and modernizing some the western foods such as burger with an objective of establishing the worldwide restaurant chain and export the modernized foods, with the goal of changing the basic behavior of we Koreans by offering each of the Koreans, or at least those who want, free wedding ceremony, free funeral, and free memorial service coupled with an internet service in which all the Koreans would be featured for the generations to come, with the ultimate goal of making the nation one extended family, and the goal is posted on www.sheem.kr on the top on flowing images, and also on the top of the first box thereof, and the money I would earn from the aforementioned business would be used for carrying out the plan.

The mathematician and philosopher Bertrand Russel once said that the old traditions and the practices of China were so dammed rigid and strong that only a measure such as the awfully tyrannical Communism would be able to alter the course of China.

수학가이며 철학자인 버트란드 럿셀은 이야기하기를, 중국처럼 수천 년 낡은 방식에 젖어 있는 국가의 경우 공산주의처럼 무지막지한 사상만이 고칠 수 있을 것이라고 하였습니다.

Indeed, China has gone through the hellish revolution under the communist flag, and turned China upside down. But it lost its way and a bandit used and abused the name of the old and dying Chairman Mao and did all kinds of nonsense acts maneuvering the so-called ‘Red Guards’ and house-arresting Deng Xiaoping and causing his eldest son becoming crippled, so on. 

실제로 중국은 공산주의 깃발 아래 온갖 무참한 일들을 겪었고 나이 들어 죽어가는 모택동 주석을 둘러싼 측근 패거리들은 홍위병을 앞세워 온갖 기괴한 일들을 저지르며 등소평을 가택연금하고 그의 장남이 불구가 되는 참사를 야기시켰습니다.     

When Chairman Mao passed away, Deng became the supreme leader of China, and immediately declared that only hope for China was to follow the footstep of S. Korea being led by the dictator Park Jung-Hee then, announcing the direction and the measure to all the Chinese people mobilizing all kinds of the government propaganda machines.

모택동 주석이 사망하자 등소평은 세를 규합하여 최고지도자가 되었고 그는 즉시 박정희 대통령이 이끄는 남한의 경제부흥을 그대로 따라하는 것이 중국이 경제적으로 부흥할 유일한 방도라고 정부 선전도구들을 모두 동원하여 모든 중국인민들에게 주지시켰습니다.

Chairmen Hu and Xi expressed their gratitude to the eldest daughter Park Geun-Hye when she visited China first as an assemblywoman and later as the president of S. Korea. In particular, Chairman Hu came out of his office, came out of the building, and stood alone like a West Point military academy cadet for ten minutes or so, waiting the car carrying the assemblywoman Park, and greeted her and led her to his office.

훗날 후진타오 주석과 시진핑 주석은 박근혜 큰영애님이 처음에는 국회의원 자격으로 후에는 대통령으로써 중국을 방문하였을 때 중국이 대한민국으로부터 크게 은혜를 입은 것에 대하여 감사의 뜻을 표하였습니다. 특히 후진타오 주석은 집무실에서 나와, 그리고 청사에서 나와, 흡사 사관생도처럼 홀로 차렷 자세로 박근혜 의원을 태운 차를 10분 정도를 기다렸다가 손수 영접하여 집무실로 안내하였습니다. 

In China, one is considered as a nonhuman bastard if he does not express the gratitude in the most respectful way for a big help he got, and Chairmen Hu and Xi made it clear that China owes greatly to her father, the de facto and involuntary mentor of the supreme leader Deng.      

중국에서는 큰 은혜를 입으면 반드시 감사의 뜻을 표하여 하며 아니면 사람 취급을 하지 않는 오랜 관습이 있는 바, 그 두 주석들은 큰영애님의 아버지 즉 박정희 대통령이 등소평 최고지도자의 실질적 멘토였고 그로 인하여 중국이 잘살게 되었음에 대하여 감사를 공식적으로 표한 것입니다.    

 

Now, the S. Korea leaders are so busy in competing for the votes that they do not have any energy left for any improvement on the dog-eat-dog problem that has been ruining the country for many thousands of years.

In the meantime, N. Korea leader Kim Jeong-Il brought back the third son Kim Jeong-Eun from Europe where he had been educated over the entire formative years so as to make him a quasi-white man and make him live in Europe over his entire life. His father concluded that he was the only son who could lead N. Korea through the ever-challenging political waves in the NE Asia region.

That is why I suggested President Trump to meet him, a totally westernized leader, and make N. Korea a friendly country so as to strengthen the USA influence in the NE Asian region.

Yet, as President Carter did, President Biden judged the foreign countries only by a yardstick of ‘Democratic country or not’, with an objective of destroying all non-democratic countries of Asia. 

As a result N. Korea restored the cozy relationship with Russia for protection. 

 

In Asia, maybe with an exception of Japan where the people tend to stand alone, think alone and make decision alone, the democracy absolutely is not possible.

It is the truth and a fact.

That is why we lost Vietnam: there is no other reason.

 

That is why I wrote in ‘My request to North & South Korea’ Part I, and am repeating this letter of Part II,

(The beginning of quotation) “So, I have been advising the leaders of S. Korea and N. Korea to forget about the ideological difference, and concentrate on correcting the problem I narrated in ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’; that is, I quote again,

“… Finally, the priests figured out the reason why Koreans were so lazy, engaged only in the farming in that small poor country, and playing the Korean style poker ‘Hwato’ during the winter.

 

The reason was very simple:

Not to be killed by the politicians.

 

The priests found out that the politicians would imprison, torture, and even kill anyone who had made money by inventions or business venture, for the purpose of grabbing the money. And often the family members were sold as slaves.

As a result, the people did not even attempt to invent anything or start a venture business so as to protect their life and prevent his family members from becoming slaves.

 

The priests sat down and wept when they found out the truth.

 

They then wrote down the aforementioned finding and sent to their superiors.”

 

And today I would like to reiterate my request to the leaders of S. Korea and N. Korea to find solution for the damned problem in any way possible because solving the problem is more important than anything else so long as the common people are concerned. (The end of quotation).

Referring to the previous letters titled ‘We are in WWIII in a form of proxy wars: Ukraine War & Iran War’ and ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’, and Part II thereof, and especially ‘My request to North & South Korea’, all posted on www.sheem.kr;

The latest encounter between President Trump and Chairman Xi can be termed as an effort for seeking a way for the Lion and the Elephant live together.

In the letter titled ‘My request to North & South Korea’, I said;

The absolute prerequisite for the democracy is that all the citizens stand alone, think alone, make decision alone, like the lions.

The westerners are like that genetically, and further the trait was enhanced over 2,000 years by Jesus’ teaching, namely, “If you treat a stranger and your own sibling differently even a bit, you would go to the hell.”

 

The aforementioned prerequisite is absent in the Asian culture, and we lost Vietnam because of that reason.

In Asia, Japanese resemble the lions most in a sense that each individual think alone and make decision alone much more than any other Asian species.

Koreans resemble wolves living as a pack.

Chinese resemble the elephants almost literally. In their communities, the females dominate over the males in almost every aspect.

The elephants kick out all the males from the community as soon as they become the adults because the males constantly fight each other to dominate; The Chinese women do not kick out the males because, unlike the elephants, the humans need farming, engineering, inventions etc.in which the males excel, yet the females make sure that the males only study and work, nothing else.

When a Korean boy beats a neighbor boy, his mother scolds her son only superficially but is happy that her son is strong and aggressive.

When a Chinese boy beats a neighbor boy, his mother scolds and even beat so harshly that the boy would never do that during the rest of his life.

So, even in USA, when the Korean American male meet for one hour, they spend 55 minutes arguing who are more dominating.

When the Chinese American male meet, they spend 55 minutes sharing information on the investment and stocks.

For example, 40 Chinese Americans collect money, say $20M total, and buy a whole block of a shopping center of a town. Then one person manages the property and keeps sending the profit shares to the members every month. And there is no complaint whatsoever over many generations, ever, that is forever.

(American Koreans cannot to that at all, and that is why in USA the income of the Chinese American household is substantially higher than that of Korean American household according the USA government census.)

Again, the Chinese males are supposed to only study and make money, and they are faithful to the tasks like the robots.

Japanese always return to Japan when they go abroad (except the first immigrants who were immigrated to Hawaii etc.).

Chinese stay where they are and conquer the foreign country financially: Chinese possess more than 70% of the national wealth in many of the Asian countries.

Americans did not have any idea whom they are dealing with when they started the Ping-Pong Diplomacy.

 

Now, President Trump is trying to seek a way and atmosphere in which the Lions and the Elephants could live together. ///

Referring to the previous letters titled ‘We are in WWIII in a form of proxy wars: Ukraine War & Iran War’ and ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’,

this letter is the Part II of those letters in a combined form.

 

As an Asian American and a former national security staff member of LLNL and a columnist who has written about 4,000 columns for Korean Americans, and Korean leaders of the South and the North, I prefer the Anglo-Saxons or the likes lead the world as they are most righteous, just and fair overall.

Great Britain lost the superpower position when its currency lost the position as the world currency.

Now, USA is at the verge of losing the superpower position with the mounting debt coupled with the ever-growing trade deficits, while the so-called democracy has made the country enormously ridiculous to a level that many politicians and journalists side with the foes such as Iran almost praying that USA loses in the conflict so that they win the next elections, while, as I analyzed in ‘We are in WWIII in a form of proxy wars: Ukraine War & Iran War’, Iran is aiming for dethroning USA from the superpower position.

USA, and President Trump, are in a very lonely position because USA losing the superpower position is not a concern of the high priority to European allies.

Roughly speaking, it is almost like USA and President Trump fighting against the coalition comprising (Iran + European allies + Democratic Party + Liberal media).

 

I am quite concerned because, as an Asian American and a former national security staff member of LLNL and a columnist who has written about 4,000 columns for Korean Americans, and Korean leaders of the South and the North, it is my opinion that the Anglo-Saxons or the likes are quite preferred for leading the world as they are most righteous, just and fair overall.

 

I watched here from S. Korea the address by King Charles III, and I hope the King understands the position of USA and President Trump. ///

Subject: My request to North and South Korea

Referring to the previous letters titled ‘We are in WWIII in a form of proxy wars: Ukraine War & Iran War’ and ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’, and Part II thereof,

as I said in the writings, I have written about 4,000 columns mainly dealing with the historical and genetic problems that cause all kinds of miseries for the Korean people as narrated in ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’; I quote,

“… Finally, the priests figured out the reason why Koreans were so lazy, engaged only in the farming in that small poor country, and playing the Korean style poker ‘Hwato’ during the winter.

 

The reason was very simple:

Not to be killed by the politicians.

 

The priests found out that the politicians would imprison, torture, and even kill anyone who had made money by inventions or business venture, for the purpose of grabbing the money. And often the family members were sold as slaves.

As a result, the people did not even attempt to invent anything or start a venture business so as to protect their life and prevent his family members from becoming slaves.

 

The priests sat down and wept when they found out the truth.

 

They then wrote down the aforementioned finding and sent to their superiors.”

 

As a national security staff member of LLNL, I got a consent from then the Secretary of State General Colin Powell for communicating with then N. Korea Chairman Kim, Jeong-Il; and I suggest him to visit and look around Shanghai and consider the China-style open system. Indeed, he visited the city and declared that “It is miraculous!!!”. Yet, he could not persuade the old guards back in N. Korea to make changes, and Secretary of State General Colin Powell suggested me that I stop trying further as it looked futile.

Then many years later, I suggested President Trump to have a summit with Chairman Kim, Jeong-Eun, explaining that Chairman Kim was educated in Europe throughout the formative years, hiding his identity, so as to make him a pseudo white man so that he, as the third son, would not be harmed politically; and then his father determined that Kim, Jeong-Eun is the only son born with the quality needed for leading N. Korea.

I also explained to president Trump that the N. Korea, unlike Iran, does not have any fundamental qualm with USA, and its nukes are defensive nature as USA considers any and all non-democratic countries the evils to be destroyed.

President Trump, who just had had verbal altercations with Chairman Kim, Jeong-Eun, hesitated first but then decided to give it a try.

To Chaiman Kim, President Trump resembles his high school classmate back in Europe, and they became rather friendly on the personal level, yet the old guards back at home would not agree on giving up the nukes and the summit ended in futile, again.

The worry and suspicion of the N. Korea old guards have been justified in a sense that the Biden Administration was very hostile to N. Korea; and N. Korea decided to restore the old cozy relationship with Russia that had been peaking during the USSR era.

 

I speculate that Chairman Kim dropped tears when he decided to restore the old cozy relationship with Russia as he is a totally westernized, accustomed to the basketball, hamburger, and cola as much as any young person in New York.

 

The absolute prerequisite for the democracy is that all the citizens stand alone, think alone, make decision alone, like the lions.

The westerners are like that genetically, and further the trait was enhanced over 2,000 years by Jesus’ teaching, namely, “If you treat a stranger and your own sibling differently even a bit, you would go to the hell.”

 

The aforementioned prerequisite is absent in the Asian culture, and we lost Vietnam because of that reason.

 

So, I have been advising the leaders of S. Korea and N. Korea to forget about the ideological difference, and concentrate on correcting the problem I narrated in ‘On the verbal warfare between President Trump and the Pope’; that is, I quote again,

“The R&D achievement to us is like a baby to a woman.

In our mother countries, the R&D achievement is stolen by the professors and the superiors very often, especially if it is a major and important achievement.

Even within USA, Taiwanese researchers get almost heartbroken when his new boss turns out to be a Taiwanese American, because the Asian American boss steals the achievement of his subordinates, alas, even in USA.

 

The whites do not do that.

Especially the Anglo-Saxons or the likes.

 

To the Asian-origin scientists and engineers, it seems almost like the miracle...”

 

And today I would like to reiterate my request to the leaders of S. Korea and N. Korea to find solution for the the damned problem in any way possible as solving the problem is more important than anything else so long as the common people are concerned. ///

The Pop’s repeated verbal accusations directed to President Trump is unfair in my judgment, and I will explain the reason why I think that way.

 

I was born in 1944 in Seoul Korea.

Korea was very poor, and I even had to skip a meal when I was 17 because our family ran out the rice.

Our house did not have the city water, and as the eldest son I had to bring home the city water from the public city water faucet located in the middle of the town, using two pails dangling on the both sides of my shoulders.

 

The reason why Korea had been so poor was analyzed by the Caucasian priests who had been dispatched to Korea Kingdom in the 19th Century, that is about 150 years ago.

At first, they were very disappointed at the extreme laziness of the common people, who were engaged only in the farming in that small poor country, and playing the Korean style poker ‘Hwato’ during the winter.

The total lack of the entrepreneur sprit was surprising and very disappointing to the priests.

Then they found out that Koreans who had immigrated to other countries, in particular to the western countries, were very active and diligent in seeking opportunities, more so than the western natives.

Finally, the priests figured out the reason why Koreans were so lazy, engaged only in the farming in that small poor country, and playing the Korean style poker ‘Hwato’ during the winter.

 

The reason was very simple:

Not to be killed by the politicians.

This story was published about 30 or 40 years ago on the major newspaper, either Donga Iibo (Daily) or Chosun Iibo (My memory is fuzzy on which newspaper it was).

 

Going back to my personal story, I was rescued from the poverty by the S. Korean educational system which had been established by the Imperial Japan during the notorious 36-year colonial rule. (Later, the educational system was dismantled in S. Korea.)

The Imperial Japan believed in the equal opportunities in the education, and made the public schools almost free of charge and established the hellish entrance exam: the average score was about 45 out 100 in the entrance exam at Seoul National University, a counterpart of Havard, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley all combined.

One could enter if he made about 60 out of 100.

Any private tutoring or the like would not be helpful at all when the exam is so damned difficult; The kid has to be born with the scholastic brain to begin with.

It was an almost inhumane and even ridiculous approach, but some Asian countries such as Japan, China, India resort to such a harsh educational system to find out the top brains, mainly for the national security purpose.

Chinghwa University of China is an example, and all of the recent leaders including Chairmen Xi and Hujintao, and most of the top politicians and bureaucrats in China, are from Chinghwa University who survived the hellish entrance exams.

 

So saved from the poverty owing to the hellish Japanese educational system, I went to Seoul National University, and graduated with BS degree in Electrical; Engineering.

Yet, there were no companies in S. Korea where we could practice what we learned, and more than 70% went to USA for obtaining the higher degrees at the time.

USA lagged behind USSR in the space competition at the time, and welcome the science and engineering graduates, especially from Taiwan, India, S. Korea, at the time.

 

We Asian students educated at the graduate schools at MIT, Stanford, Berkely, Caltech etc. in sciences & engineering are regarding USA as the heaven, and I will explain the reason.

The R&D achievement to us is like a baby to a woman.

I worked at the US naval Research Laboratory (NRL) for five years in late 1970’s, and after working at Rockwell Internation several years, worked at LLNL for 18 years, until 2004 when I became 60.

I am proud of having been a guard for the United States of America for 23 years in total, that is, at NRL and then LLNL, as I am certain that USA is the greatest civilization in the human history.

 

The husband of my wife’s younger sister, that is, my brother-in-law, used to blame me for working for ‘The Evil USA’.

He used to be an anti-USA warrior, demonstrating on the street when he was in college, and even once suspended form the school.

Then he came to USA as an exchange professor at the age of 40 or so, and worked for one year in a laboratory of a medical school located in the east coast of USA.

On the way back to S. Korea, he called me saying that he wanted to visit our house located in Pleasanton, California, near LLNL.

 

He told me that he had never seen any people in his whole life who are as fair, just, righteous as Americans.

 

He visited me on the way back to S. Korea just to tell me that.

 

I am proud of him being so courageous as to confess his life-long prejudice against USA, and visiting me just to tell me that.

 

Of course, we could talk about all the bad things that have been done by the whites of USA, yet, overall, USA is the greatest civilization in the human history, I claim.

 

The founding fathers crossed the Atlantic Ocean with the Bible in their hand so as to establish a new country on a new land.

And I have witnessed the civilization they established, over the 35-years stay in USA, and I believe that they established the greatest civilization in the human history.

 

When I reached age 60, that is in 2004, I retired from LLNL, and came back to S. Korea so as to set up a business for the globalization of the Korean foods, as I felt uneasy about the sudden prosperity termed as ‘The Han River’s Miracle’ engineered by the dictator Park Jung-Hee,

 

I published about 3,000 columns for Koreans, Korean Americans, Korean politicians and S. Korea while I was staying in USA.

And I felt uneasy all along.

 

Three years ago, that is after I have lived in S. Korea almost 20 years trying to set up a business for the Korean food globalization, a person came to me, saying that she was representing the highest political force of S. Korea, and conveyed to me their massage, demanding that I yield the control of my business to them, warning that, otherwise, the S. Korea Patent Office would not grant any patent to me.

I was so upset that I filed a written complaint with the S. Korea Attorney General’s Office. Of course, they just murmured about it as the incident involved the people much higher than the office.

 

Later, they even threatened my life.

 

They also forced the Korean counterpart of SBA not to provide any loan-guarantee to my company so that they could maintain their attempt to steal my business.

 

They eavesdropped my phone all the time. One day they found out when my wife would visit my office; and then a bunch of people came and knock the door and windows, yelling my name, solely for the purpose of frightening my wife.

She became ill and still is getting medical help.

I am always wary about the sudden prosperity of S. Korea because it became rich solely owing to the ‘The Han River’s Miracle’ engineered by the dictator Park, Jung-Hee, and the weakness that kept Korea extremely poor before that is still there largely intact.

 

I have a dual citizenship of USA and S. Korea that is allowed to the people above the age 60, having lived in S. Korea the first 26 years, then 35 years in USA, and the latest 22 years back in S. Korea.

So, I am 82 years old now, even though I can jump-rope a few hundreds of times without stopping, and can hike for ten hours without a rest. I have no medical problems and do not take any medical pills,

 

During the past 50 years or so, I have written about 4,000 columns and authored a few books including a book titled ‘How to support one million people’ in 1996 in S. Korea. I took one-week vacation from LLNL to write the book, which became a kind of a bible for SamSung Electronics at the time as Chairman Lee, Geon-Hee ordered his executives to finish my book with the top priority, and sent some of them to California to visit me.

Having seen the both sides of the world, I understand why President Trump wants to build a fence along the border.

The founding fathers built the greatest civilization in the human history in which even we engineers feel safe and relieved as we know that the whites do not steal our R&D achievement.

It is extremely rare that a country maintains such a moral standard.

I know that personally because, back in S. Korea, I have been threatened and blackmailed regarding my inventions and business.

And my wife has become ill.

 

One has a right to build a fence around the house in order to protect the family.

Likewise, Trump has a right to build a fence around USA in order to protect the USA citizens.

 

We should remember why the founding fathers crossed the Atlantic Ocean, leaving the Old Continent, to begin with.

 

The verbal attacks toward President Trump are mostly unfair.

If he seems extreme, he has an ample reason to be that way. The world outside USA is often very unfair and unjust.

 

Where were you all when many thousands were being executed in Iran ruthlessly?

 

We Asian-origin R&D people know that the whites in USA do not steal our achievements.

It is a rarity.

 

Trump is the only politician in USA who is nutty and bold enough to guard the greatness of USA.

That is my judgment.

 

The attacks are so harsh and vicious coming from the Old World, from which the founding father ran away, it takes the nuttiness and the boldness, and even the craziness of Trump to guard and protect USA, the greatest civilization in the human history, which even impressed my brother-in-law who had been once suspended from the college for his violent and extreme ani-USA street demonstration. ///

As a person who used to work at LLNL for 18 years in the division of the national security & nuclear weapon nonproliferation, I analyze that we have been in WWIII for some time in a form of proxy war, in Ukraine and now in Iran.

What Ukraine has been doing could be interpreted as an attempt to diminish the superpower position of Russia while Russia’s Putin has been trying to restore the old glory of USSR, which, according to the Putin’s opinion, was dismantled voluntarily by the idiots who were fooled by the super-smart American president named Reagan.

 

What Iran has been doing in the recent conflict could be interpreted in the same way, that is, Iran is determined to damage and demolish the superpower position of USA.

 

Putin and Trump are very strong-headed leaders with many haters, yet they are the ultimate patriots who are doing everything possible within their power to preserve the superpower position of own country, respectively.

 

That is my analysis on the status of the world, that is, we are in WWIII in a form of proxy war as the old form of world war has become unrealistic due to the presence of the tens of thousands nuclear weapons scattered around the globe. ///

미국 웨스팅회사에게 돈을 주고 도면을 빌려다가 번역하여

써있는 대로 부품들을 조립하던 참담한 시절이었으며,

배운 것을 써먹을 곳이 한 군데도 없는 참담한 현실에서

원자력과 졸업생 근 100%, 전자공학과 졸업생 80% 이상, 전기공학과 출신 70% 이상이

정부가 허용하는 300달러를 달랑 들고 미국으로 유학을 떠났으며,

다행히 당시 우주경쟁에서 소련에게 뒤진 미국은 

명민하고 학구열이 강한 동양이공계인들을 쌍수로 맞이하며

한 때는 공항이 도착하면 영주권을 주는 식으로 환대하였으며,

미국 3대공대인 MIT, 스탠포드, 버클리의 경우

전기공학과 (전기 전자 모두 포함)의 대학원생의 70% 이상이 

동양에서 유학 온 동양계들이었는 바,

본인은 박사학위 취득 후 박사수련과정인 소위 포스트닥터로서

워싱턴 수도 소재 미국 해군연구소에 근무하게 되었으며 

백인 박사 두 명이 2년 간 연구하여도 해결 못한 소련잠수함탐지 용 기기에

필요한 소자를 일주일 만에 구현하였으며,

해군제독들이 주주르 와서 구경하고 간 후 영주권도 없는 나를 

미국연방정부 공무원으로 임명하면서 영주권도 얻어주었으며

수년 후에는 아예 미국 핵무기연구소 LLNL에서 나를 채용하여

그 후 18년 간 세계안보 및 핵무기확산방지에 관련된 부서에서 근무하며

미국 역대 대통령과 안보 관련 장관들에게 조언을 하던 위치에 있었으며

또한 남북 간의 화해와 평화를 위하여 노력하였는 바

파웰 국무장관의 양해 아래 김정일 위원장에게 중국 식 개방경제를 권하였으며

이에 김정일 위원장은 상하이를 방문하여 "천지개벽!" 찬사를 연발하였으며,

성격이 호탕하고 리더십이 강하지만 막내로 태어난 탓에 신변보호 차

유럽으로 보내어져 서구인들과 함께 지내며 

사고방식이 완전히 서구화되었다가 갑자기 후계자로 결정되어

북한의 지도자가 된 김정은 위원장은

나의 의형제 트럼프 대통령과 상당히 닮은 데가 있어서

둘이 강강으로 부딪히며 험한 말다툼을 하며

누구 로켓이 더 쎈지를 두고 전 세계인들이 지켜보는 와중에

끝없는 언쟁을 하길래

본인은 트럼프 대통령에게 이르기를

핵무기가 있으면 곧장 미국의 우방 이스라엘을 향해 사용할 이란과 달리

북한의 핵무기는 100% 방어용이며

(심상근 검색하면 "북한의 핵과 이란의 핵은 다르다"라는 칼럼이 게재되어 있습니다)

실제로 건국 당시부터 중국으로부터 독립적 위치를 견지하여야 한다는 북한의 외교 원칙을

고수하는 데 북한의 핵이 기여하는 바도 있으며, 

김정은 위원장은 10대 내내 신분을 숨기고 유럽에서 교육 받고 

서구인으로 키워진 인물인지라 

만나서 우호적인 관계를 설정하는 것이 미국의 국익에 도움이 될 것이라는 요지의 서신을

누차 트럼프 대통령엑 보내어 힘들게 설득하여

북미정상회담을 성사시켰으며

그 후 김정은 위원장은 고등학교 시절 학우들과 같은 분위기를 가진 트럼프 대통령을

상당히 좋아하게 되었고, 소위 '연애편지'를 보내기도 하였습니다.

언제나 트럼프 대통령의 제1참모 역할을 하는 본인으로서는, 

그리고 미국시민권과 대한민국 국적을 동시에 가지고 있는

2중국적자로서 (노인네에게는 허용합니다),

그러한 우호적 관계가 미국과 남북한 모두에게 이롭다고 확신하였습니다.

다만 코로나 사태로 인하여 재선에 실패한 트럼프 대통령에 이어 취임한

 바이든 대통령은 사고방식이 자유형인 트럼프 대통령과 달리,

 민주주의 실시 안 하는 국가를 무조건 하등국가 내지 적성국가로 치부하였고

고로 북한에 대하여 무조건 적대정책으로 대하였으며,

그러한 기조는 남한의 보수 대통령으로 하여금 북한에 드론을 보내며

전쟁을 유발할 용의를 보이는 등의 어처구니없는 결과를 연출하기도 하였는 바,

이에 국가적으로 위태함을 느낀 김정은 위원장은

눈물을 머금고 (실제로 눈물을 흘렸을 것으로 나는 확신합니다)

마음에도 없던 러시아와 혈맹관계를 맺었으며,

그 후 트럼프가 재선에 성공하여 대통령이 되었고

즉시 김정은 위원장에게 적극적으로 러브콜을 보내왔지만

4년 후에는 다시 민주당 대통령이 들어설지도 모르고

그러면 민주주의 실시 안 하는 국가는 모두 하등국가로 치부하여 경멸하고 적대시할 수도 있으므로

김정은 위원장은 아직도 트럼프 대통령의 적극적 러브콜에 애써 외면하고 있습니다.

    

본인은 미국생활 35년 간

한시도 잊지 않고 코리아와 코리언들에 대한 안녕과 안위에 대하여 염려를 하였으며

버클리대학에서 박사학위를 하던 1974 가을에 조선일보에 '함께 사는 법'을 게재하여

2천 통이 넘는 독자 서신들을 한국으로부터 받았으며

선우휘 주필께서는 직접 사설을 쓰셔서 본인을 극찬하시었고

(다만 식자공이 흘려 쓴 이름을 잘못 읽고 '심상조'로 이름을 표기하였습니다만)

1975년 1월 1일 특집에 글을 써달라고 요청을 받아

'젊은이의 발언'이라는 글을 조선일보에 게재하였으며,

그 후로도 당시 미국에서 발간 중이었던 미국 판 동아일보에 매주 두세 번씩 

'심상근 박사' 칼럼을 게재하는 등

수십 년 간 5천 개 이상의 칼럼을 교포공동체와 대한민국 지도자들을 위하여 집필하였으며,

삼풍백화점이 무너지고 소위 '현철 사태'로 낙담에 빠진 대한민국을 위하여,

일주일 간 LLNL로부터 휴가를 얻어 

'백만 명 먹여 살리기' (도솔, 1996)를 발간하였으며

이건희 회장님은 휘하 사장들에게 내 책을 완독하라고 채근하였고

나의 그 책은 당시 삼성전자 운영에 일종의 바이블이 되었으며

삼성전자 사장님들은 미국에 오게 되면 나를 방문하여 담소를 나누었는 바,

또한 방미 중 샌프란시스코 총영사 만찬 후 다시 전갈을 해와 다시 밥을 같이 먹었던 이해찬 교육부장관

그리고 설훈 의원님 등 의원님들과

광주광역시 시장님, 시의회 의장님 등 많은 한국 인사들과 담소를 나누었습니다.

나의 한국과 한민족에 대한 우려는 거의 병적인 수준으로서

그 증세가 나로 하여금 미국생활 중에도 5천 개 이상의 칼럼을 쓰게 만들었으며

환갑이 넘어 귀국한 후에도 명예주필의 직함을 가지고 주간현대의 자매지인 '브레이크뉴스'에

500개 이상의 칼럼을 게재하게 만들었는 바,

나는 1974년 경부터 지금까지 남한과 북한과 코리언들에 대하여

우려를 하지 않는 적이 1초도 없었습니다.

그 건 일종의 병이지만,

삼풍백화점 붕괴와 '현철사태'에 낙담한 대한민국을 위하여

당시 '대쪽'으로 불리던 이회창 국무총리가 구국의 적임자라고 판단하였으며

김영삼 대통령님은 국민들로부터 신임을 잃고 할 수 없이 미봉책으로써 

이회창 전 대법관을 국무총리에 앉혔지만

차기 대통령 후보로서는 이수성 등만을 고려하고 이회창 국무총리를 명시적으로 제외하고 있던

김영삼 대통령께 방미 시 한나절 함께 시간을 보낸 적이 있던 인연에 힘입어

미국에서 속달우편으로 서신을 드려

이회창 국무총리를 대선후보로 내세우시라고 간곡히 당부를 들였는 바,

결국 새벽 시간에 마음을 돌려 이회창 국무총리를 대선후보로 받아들이기로 결정하셨으며

새벽 시간까지 김영삼 대통령님의 결정을 기다리고 있던 이회창 국무총리님 및 고흥길 특보 등은

눈물을 흘리는 수준으로 안도하였으며

그 다음 날 일간지들은 김영삼 대통령님의 의사변경을 대서특필하였는 바

그 직후 한국을 방문하는 길에 당사를 들리니 고흥길 특보는 눈물을 뚝뚝 흘리는 수준으로

감사하다는 인사를 거듭하였으며,

다만 천성적으로 법관성향인 이회창 대선후보는 나의 거듭되는 충고를 받아들이지 않고

(당시 나는 '정책참모' 임명장을 받고 이회창 대선후보 자택으로 매일 팩스를 보내어

조언을 하였음) 

병역사안에서도 "무조건 국민들에게 용서를 비시라"는 조언을 무시하고 

"하자 없었다!"를 연발하여 국민들로 하여금 격분케 하였으며,

같이 물려들어갈 것이 뻔한 김영삼 대통령님에 대하여서도,

나의 간청으로 대선후보로 낙점하였던 고마움도 저버린 채,

내가 하루에 10통의 팩스를 보내면서

"DJ 비자금 고발하면 지지율 하락으로 반드시 낙선하십니다!"라고 드린 조언을

무시한 채 선두에서 지휘하여 고발을 하자

그렇지 않아도 흔들리던 경제가 무너질 것을 우려한 국민들은 

대거 이에 반발하면서 

그 날 지지율은 내가 명시적으로 예측하던 대로 10% 하락하였고

병역사안으로 숨어 있던 전통보수들까지 나서서 표를 주었지만

간발의 차이로 낙선하였으며,

그 직후 이회창 전 대선후보님은 미국 나의 자택으로 손수 전화를 거시어

나에게 사과를 히시었으며,

천성적으로 법관이시면 정치인은 결코 아니신 것으로 판단한 나는

그 후 연을 끊었습니다.

유전인자를 공유하는 몽고족과 한민족은 지속적으로 번영할 수 없다고 나는 분석합니다.

미국 역대 대통령들과 많은 미국 정치인들과 언론인들,

그리고 특히 트럼프 대통령은 

내가 팥으로 메주를 쑨다고 해도 믿을 정도로 나의 분석과 예측을 신뢰하며,

내가 서신을 돌리면 뉴욕타임즈는 인터넷 기사 헤드라인을 즉시 수정히기도 하고

나의 반론에 대하여 편집장이 CNN에 출연하여 해명한 적도 있으며

워싱터포스트 등 많은 미국 신문들을 나의 서신을 토대로 사설을 씁니다.

수십 년 쌓아올린 나의 신뢰도 때문입니다.

그러므로 상술한 바와 같은

몽고족/한민족에 대한 나의 분석도 100% 확실합니다.

그런 분석에서 틀린 적은 한 번도 없습니다.

그 이유는 '정' 때문입니다.

지구 상에서 가장 정이 없는 사람들이 미국인들이고

가장 정이 많은 사람들이 몽고족/한민족입니다.

이해찬 등과 함께 동숭동에서 반미운동을 하다가

정학까지 받았던 광주 뿌리의 나의 작은 동서는

내가 미국 핵무기연구소에서 상급 안보전문가로서 근무하는 것에 대하여

"형님은 비애국자이십니다!"라고 내대기도 하였는데,

40이 넘어 머리에 털 나고 처음으로 미국에 와서 동부에 위치한

한 의과대학에서 교환교수로 연구를 하였는 데,

일 년 후 귀국하는 길에 캘리포니아에 있는 우리 집에 일부러 들려

나에게 고백을 하였습니다:

"형님, 저는 평생 미국인들처럼 정직하고 공평하고 의로운 사람들을 본 적이 없습니다!"

이는 만고의 진실입니다.

미국 백인들 특히 앵글로색슨 등은 인류역사 상 가장 정의롭고 공정하고 정직한 나라를

북아메리카에 건설하였습니다.

"만약 네가 처음 보는 낯선 사람과 너의 동기간 사이에 조금이라도 차별하여 대한다면  

 너는 지옥에 갈 것이다!"

이는 예수의 으뜸 가는 계명입니다.

미국 백인들은 거의 천성적으로 이 계명을 지키는 유전인자를 가졌으며,

게다가 2천 년 간 예수의 계명을 지켜왔으므로

미국이라는 국가는 인류역사 상 가장 정의롭고 정직하고 공평한 나라입니다.

나는 그 것을 예전부터 알고 있었고 그래서 LLNL의 상급 안보전문가로서 

리건 대통령 재임 시부터 지금까지 미국안보의 수문장 역할을 하여 왔으며

미국 정치지도자들과 언론사 간부들 중 이 사실을 모르는 사람들은 모두 간첩입니다.

특히 앵글로색슨들은 천성적으로, 유전인자적으로

천재들을 무조건 사랑하고 떠받들고 지극히 대합니다.

그래서 예전에도 천재들은 유럽에서 헛소리하다가 체포령이 떨어지면

무조건 영국으로 도망 갔으며,

영국정부는 집 주고 돈 주고 하인 주며 그들의 창조적 작업을 지속할 수 있도록

보장하여 주었습니다. 

이는 유전적인 소양으로서 

가장 정반대는 몽고족/한민족으로서

자기 자식들보다 더 똑똑하면 무조건 질시하고

천재들이 돈 벌만한 것을 창조하는 경우 무조건 잡아다 두드려 패고 심지어 죽이는 바,

이는 조선일보인가 동아일보에 수십 년 전 크게 기사화되었던 사실로서

19세기에 조선왕국에 들어온 서양 선교사들은 백성들이 농사 외에는 아무 야망도 없고 

겨울이면 모여 화투나 치는 것에 대하여 크게 실망하였으며,

다만 조선인들이 외국에 이주하면 전혀 다른 사람들이 되는 것을 보고

연구 끝에 발견한 진실로서,

너무 정이 많아 내 자식밖에 모르는 조선인들은

천재 수재들이 무엇인가를 발명하고 돈을 벌면 무조건 질투하며

고관대작들은 그들을 잡아다 무조건 두드려 패고

심지어 죽이면서 그들로부터 재물을 빼앗었는 바.

고로 수천 년 간 그 꼴을 보며 살아온 백성들은

모두 고개 숙이고 농사만 짓게 되었다는

지극히 슬픈 사연을 파악한 그 선교사들은

퍼져 앉아 통곡을 하였고

그 사실을 적어 바티칸 상급자들에게 보고하였다는 

참으로 가슴 아픈 사실을

동아일보인가 조선일보가 대서특필한 적이 있습니다.

그러므로 나는 1974년부터 지금까지 항상

몽고족/한민족은, 중국이나 미국과 달리,

지속적인 번영을 유지할 수 없는 바

상술한 바와 같이 '정'이 너무 많아

내 자식 외에는 아무 것도 상관하는 것이 없는 성향이며,

동기간 동창 동향 동지 별로 편을 지어

상호 무한대의 항쟁을 하기 때문입니다.

그러한 슬픈 요인이 나를

'한식세계화'에 병적으로 골몰하게 만든 직접적 원인입니다.

모든 것이 왔다가 사라지고

섰다가 무너져도

한식만 현대화시켜 세계 방방곡곡에 필 수 있다면

최소한의 경제적 안정은 담보 받을 수 있을 것이라는 계산이며.

그래서 60이 넘어 35년 만에 한국으로 돌아오면서

수억 원을 '외국인 한국투자' 형식으로 조흥은행/신한은행을 통하여 반입하고

그 후 20년 간 900여 개의 발명특허출원을 하면서

한식세계화를 주야로 밀어왔습니다.

그리고 밉건 곱건 세계적으로 가장 유명한 인물인

나의 의형제 동생인 트럼프 대통령에게

한식세계화의 간판 노릇을 해달라고 요청하여 수락을 받았으며,

한 때 결혼을 약조하였던 박근혜 대통령님과,

조갑제 언론인께서 말씀하셨듯이

남자 대통령들이 한 짓들의 만분지 일도 안히든 사안으로 탄핵되고

20연 년 형을 선고 받았던 나의 춘향이를 사면해하여주신

문재인 대통령님의 영부인 김정숙 여사,

그리고 한식에 각별한 애정을 가진 김혜경 영부인님들

작고하셨지만 교육부장관 시절 방미 중 나에게 전갈을 주시어

함께 식사를 하며 담소를 나우었던 이해찬 님

(후에 다시 입학시험을 치어 동숭동으로 갔지만 원래 나의 서울공대 후배입니다)

그러므로 남한이 수십 년 잘살게 되었다고 하여도,

근간이 되는 산업들이 모두 미국에서 발명한 것을

후다닥 속도전으로 모방하고 생산하여 내다 파는 업종들에 국한되어 있으며

그러므로 뿌리가 없는 일시적 풍요일 뿐이며

국제정세가 바뀌면 흔적도 없이 몰락할 것인 바,

한 때 지구 상에서 가장 잘살던 몽고도 한 줌의 모래로 돌아간 것은

오직 그러한 유전적 한계때문입니다.

코리아가 지속가능한 풍요를 이루려면

교수가 제자의 업적을 훔치고,

권력가들이 천재 수재들이 이룬 바를 빼앗고 하는 

지난 5천년의 유전인자적 만행을 중지시키는 것인 바,

무슨 방법으로건 유전적 소양인 도둑질을 뿌리 뽑는 것이 

한민족의 약소와 가난에 찌들은 팔자를 고칠 수 있는

절대적인 선결조건인 바

남북한 통틀어 정치가들에게 가장 중요한 임무는

그러한 5천년의 유전인자적 도독질을

무슨 방법으로건 막는 것입니다.

1974년부터 5천여 개의 칼럼을 썼고,

그 중 1974년 가을에 조선일보에 게재된 '함께 사는 법' 소고를 읽으시고

본인이 기혼자로서 유학 중인 것을 모르시고

소위 '독재자' 치고는 의외로 다정다감하신 마음으로

(지만 군이 육군사관학교 입학 후 보낸 서신은

그 어느 시인이 써도 그 정도로 다정다감 말랑말랑하지 못할 것입니다.)

본인을 맏사위 감으로 수소문하셨고,

그 여파로 큰영애님은 성사 여부에 관계 없이 본인을 유일한 낭군으로 여기고

일생수절을 하시어 항상 나의 마음을 무겁게 만드시었는 바,

 

미국 핵무기연구소 LLNL에서 18년 간 근무한 신분으로서

미국 대통령들과 장관들과 의회 지도자들과 미국 언론사들에게

세계안보에 관련하여 10년이 넘게 매달 수통 씩 서신을 돌리어

그 정치지도자들 및 언론사 간부들 중 내 이름을 모르는 사람은 모두 간첩입니다.

 

미국사람들은 보이스카웃들입니다.

정직하고 정의롭고 공평함에는 인류역사 상 최고입니다만

무지막지하게 단순합니다.

 

예수님을 모두 아버지로 여기고

홀로 서서 홀로 생각하고 홀로 판단하며 사는 '사자족'인 서양인들은

정직하고 정의롭고 공평함에는 인류역사 상 최고입니다만

산업혁명을 계기로 그들의 신을 예수에서 '돈'으로 완전히 바꾸었으며

그 여파로 여러 면에서 '타락한 사자들'이 되었고,

정치가들이 그들의 표를 얻으려고 무조건 아부하는 통에

말도 못하게 게으르고 나태하게 되었는 바,

그래서 미국 연구개발인원들의 90% 이상이 대만계와 인도계이며,

백인 아이들의 인생목표는 미식축구 선수가 되어

돈 많이 벌고 예쁜 여자들 사이에서 인기를 얻는 것인 바,

염병을 앓을 정도로 광활한 영토를 가졌으며,

전쟁에서는 단연 1등은 앵글로색슨 등이 지배하는 국가로서

무엇인가 틀어지면 거의 무조건 전쟁으로써 해결하려는 속성을 거지고 있는 바

영국은 그 유전인자로 인하여 해지는 날이 없었고

미국도 연구인력의 90% 이상을 대만계 인도계로 채우면서도

겉으로는 멀쩡하지만,

죽어도 다 갚지 못할 수준의 국가빚과

사사건건 선조왕 시 일본에 갔다온 두 사신들처럼

무조건 서로 반대입장을 취하는 고로

나라가 항상 아슬아슬 휘청휘청합니다.

특히 신을 예수에서 돈으로 바꾼 후에는 거의 망국적입니다.

 

사자들의 속성을 지닌 서양인들가 달리 코끼리 속성을 지닌 동양인들은

코끼리 공동체가 하듯이 윗사람들이 가장 공정하고 합리적으로 공동체를 운영하는 것이 원칙인 바

미국 텔레비전에서 방영한 바와 같이,

과학자들은 선심으로써 코끼리떼들중 어린 코끼리들을

트럭에 싣고 물 좋고 풀 좋은 곳으로 이전시켰는 바,

어른들의 엄격한 훈육을 벗어난 그 아이들은 덩치를 이용하여 

코로써 돌을 던지는 등 주위 동물들을 못살게 굴었고,

이에 코끼리들에게 항상 우호적이었던 그 동물들은 

그 청소년 코끼리들을 미워하고 공격하기에 이르렀는 바,

그제서야 자신들이 우매함을 깨달은 그 과학자들은 

그 청소년들을 어른들이 주관하는 원래의 공동체로 데려다 놓았습니다.

 

그와 유사하게,

무지막지하게 단순한 미국인들은

가난하게 사는 동양인들에게 민주주의하면 잘살고 행복하다면서

베트남에 민주주의를 권하다가 월맹에게 패망하였고,

대한민국에게 권하여 어른들을 떠나 방종해졌던 청소년 코끼리들처럼

청소년들은 마약까지 하게 되었는 바,

내가 노상 의형제인 트럼프 대통령에게 이야기하듯이

사자들도 운영하기 벅찬 정치 즉 4년마다 편을 갈라 부모 때려죽인 원수들처럼 싸우는 정치는

각기 홀로 서는 미국인들에게도 버거운 것인데

그 것을 코끼리들처럼 오손도손 사는 유전인자를 가진 동양인들에게 강권하면서

실행 안하면 무조건 적들로 간주하겠다며,

중국에조차 민주주의를 전파시키기 위하여

중국당국의 주장으로는, 중국을 망하게 만드는 유일한 방법으로써

중국에게 민주주의를 권하고 민주투사들에게 돈을 댄다며 항의를 하여왔는 바,

대국 것이라면 양잿물도 마시는 우리 코리언들과 정반대로

자기들 방식을 죽어도 고수하는 중국인들을 상대로 여론조사를 하면

 90% 이상이 민주주의 하면 중국은 망한다고 답하며,

미국에 사는 중국계들 중에서도 태반이 그렇게 생각하는 바,

 

내가 미국 LLNL에 근무하는 중 한 주 휴가를 얻어 한국에서 발간한

 '백만 명 먹여 살리기' (도솔, 1996)에서 지적한 바와 같이

첨단기술에 필요한 근원전 발명은 각기 홀로 서는 미국인들에 능한 바

대부분의 발명들은 미국에서 나왔으나

발명을 발전시켜 상품화하고 수출하는 데에는 미국 사자들은 완전 젬병인바

일본-대한민국-중국 순서로

미국에서 발명한 것들을 상품화하여 

가장 큰 시장이며 민주주의로써 완전 헬렐라해진 미국인들을 상대로 장사를 하여
